The Partnerships for Finance and Development (PFD) Group has three main business functions:

1. Assist clients win contracts financed by the International Financial Institutions (IFIs)—see list below.

2. Express interest and bid, alone or with clients, for contracts financed by the IFIs.

3. Perform traditional project implementation and/or financing work for clients.

The US Company is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in Delaware, and licensed to do business in Washington, D.C.
 

The PFD Group works with an extensive network of international partners that enables our clients--private sector companies and Non-Governmental Organizations-- to gain a full understanding of bidding practices and form winning alliances by identifying the most qualified local partners. The Group’s hands-on approach and solid commitment provides you with tangible results. In 2004, the PFD Group provided its select clients an unprecedented success ratio. We helped our clients to win 50% of all tenders — a considerably higher rate than the industry standard of 25-30%.The US company’s success rate with MCC over the last four years reached 60%.
