The Partnerships for Finance and Development (PFD) Group has three main business functions:

1. Assist clients win contracts financed by the International Financial Institutions (IFIs)—see list below.

2. Express interest and bid, alone or with clients, for contracts financed by the IFIs.

3. Perform traditional project implementation and/or financing work for clients.
